Your Land Expert

JIMMY PADGETT

With more than 19 years of experience in finance and sales across the automotive and oil & gas industries, I bring a practical understanding of business, negotiation, and risk to my career in real estate. But my connection to land goes back much further. Long before I began helping people buy and sell farms and ranches, I was hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors across Texas.

While attending Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, I developed an even greater appreciation for agriculture, ranching, and the traditions that make land so much more than a piece of property. I came to understand that owning land is also about responsibility—caring for the resources, wildlife, and opportunities it provides for the generations that follow.

Today, my family and I enjoy our own ranch in Southeast Oklahoma. Hunting, fishing, and managing the land are a part of our everyday lives. We practice QDMA wildlife management principles to improve habitat, strengthen herd quality, and create a healthier environment for the wildlife that calls the property home.

That personal experience shapes the way I approach land real estate. I understand that every buyer has a different reason for wanting land. Maybe you're looking for a place to hunt and get away with your family, an investment for the future, a working ranch, or simply a place where you can slow down and enjoy the outdoors. Whatever your vision, my goal is to understand what you're looking for and help you find a property that fits.

For me, land real estate is about more than buying and selling property. It's about helping people find a place they can enjoy, invest in, and ultimately leave better than they found it.

Your Land. Your Legacy.
